Personally I am not into this “pretty boy” thing. I am also not into being a skinny one hundred and seventy five pounds or however much this kid in the video below weighs. I wanna load the deadlift bar up with seven hundred pounds and rip that shit off the floor fast. I also need to have the strength to rip a niggers empty head off his criminal rapist body if need be.
I weigh two hundred and fifty pounds and eat the seafood diet. I need to get to a solid two hundred and seventy five pounds at least. Natural. I eat like a mother fucking stoned horse. All day all night. However, eating as much as I do can be a lot of work for your liver and kidneys to handle. I may have to give my body a break after a long winter of eating a pound and a half of meat every day.
I have done a little intermittent fasting before but am thinking about doing it again soon for health benefits. Like decreasing inflammation. Over the years I have gotten a lot smarter with my lifting. However, since now the deadlift is my new love, I really have to make an effort not to over do it. It is just that the deadlift makes me feel like Thor the magic lighting man.
The point is I cannot spend the next twenty years shoving my face full of super high calories all day and all night like I did the last twenty years. I have to start giving my body a break from high calories and start focusing on health and not just strength and size. Yesterday I lifted three times. Three small workouts in one day. Feel great now and may start doing that more often.
Yesterday something dawned on me. I knew I needed to make a change. Intermittent fasting came to mind and I came across this kids videos. He is not necessarily my style like I said but at least he has more motivation then most white guys now days. Football watching losers. This kid is definitely putting a lot of thought into his eating style and really gave me a couple of good idea’s about the direction I may start going in.
I have already been skipping breakfast for coffee and usually walking in the morning or lifting if it is a lifting day. Problem is I added in some great new supplements to my diet (actually I reintroduced old very reliable supplements into my diet) and they have been giving me way too much energy. I end up walking to much or lifting too often because I just cannot wait. Especially with the deadlift. Love the deadlift. Anyhow I am rambling now so time to end it:
PS: a lot of this kids videos are stupid. Typical sales bullshit. However I watched the video below and the subsequent videos that came after the auto-play. The non sales videos. Those were the ones I picked up a couple of good tips from. NEVER spend money when you can get any info for free.
One more thing. I found the intermittent fasting videos as I was searching for some good dumbbell clean and press videos. I started doing a one handed dumbbell clean and press last summer but dropped it for some reason. Probably because I was still splitting my lifting up between deadlift/squat day and a bench/overhead day. Clean and pressing is more full body which I have switched to. However I do not do everything in one day. I use two days and only do two exercises per workout. Three at the very most. Now I will be doing two to three sessions per day for two days. Total 4, and at the very most six workouts in two days.
I came across this old video of Derick Poundstone doing dumbbell clean and presses. Very impressive and motivational. I was thinking more along the line of using one arm to pick the dumbbell off the floor like I did last year. I may do that or go with this style depending how I feel. I cannot do 200 lb dumbbells like Derick Poundstone. 🙂 Plus my dumbbells in my little gym only go up to 120lbs. Eventually I will have to get heavier ones since I am doing a lot more dumbbell work now instead of barbells.
